A chemical sorbent boom that is used to absorb and contain chemicals, hazardous liquids as well as oils and water-based fluids. Strong, durable outer sleeve keeps the absorbent material intact within the boom. Inner rope provides strength when deploying and retrieving the boom. Four staple clips at critical stress area add strength and prevent the boom from splitting during retrieval. Metal clips and rings allow linking of multiple booms.
